Veikko Koljonen’s 1990s detached house had its entire drainage system and stormwater drainage renewed. The old system was insufficient and did not properly direct water away from the building’s foundations. After the renovation, water is now safely directed away from the foundations, and the building’s moisture risk has been eliminated.
